During processing, the agent can more effectively migrate to the product’s surface, fully realizing its high‑efficiency antibacterial and antifungal performance.
Adding 4 parts of an antibacterial and antifungal masterbatch to the resin yields a product with an antibacterial efficacy exceeding 99% against pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (antibacterial log reduction value greater than 2.0), and an antifungal rating of 0–1. This formulation meets a wide range of domestic standards (GB 31402, GB 21552.1) and international standards (JIS 2801, ISO 22196, ASTM G21‑09) for antibacterial and antifungal performance. It delivers excellent antibacterial effectiveness at a highly competitive cost‑performance ratio, exhibits excellent compatibility with the resin, and has earned consistent recognition from users among comparable products.
